REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Refund conditions:

• In case of withdrawal, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Returns of opened and/or used products will only be accepted if they are defective or damaged during transport.

• The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. The shipping cost will only be paid by the company in case of defective and/or damaged products. To do this, you must send an email with the order tracking and the shipping cost.
• Once the product is received and inspected, the amount of the product will be refunded and in the case of defective and/or damaged products, the product plus shipping costs.
